Guest & Day Passes
Guest and day passes allow community members to purchase access to several facilities within Campus Recreation. Each pass has its own requirements for access. Please see the requirements below for each pass.
All pass purchases require a signed photo consent and liability waiver. Patrons can speed up their purchase process by creating an account at https://mycampusrec.mnsu.edu and digitally signing their waiver prior to arrival. A unique email address is required for each account. Signed waivers are good for 365 days from the date they are signed and covers all day and guest passes listed below. Each location only accepts payment using credit/debit cards.
Otto Recreation Center - Guest Pass
Who is eligible?
Otto Recreation Center guest passes are available to individuals 18+ years old and who accompanied by a sponsoring current membership holder. The sponsoring member must be present at time of purchase and guests must be working out with their sponsoring member at all times within the facility. When purchasing your first guest pass a valid photo ID with birthdate is required to verify age.
Where do I purchase a guest pass?
Passes are available for purchase in person at the Otto Recreation Center front desk during regular hours. Passes must be used on the day they are purchased.
What is the price?
$8 per day.
Myers Rock Wall - Day Pass
Who is eligible?
All community members are eligible to purchase a climbing wall day pass. Youth under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Where do I purchase a day pass?
Day passes are available for purchase at the Myers Rock Wall desk during any of our scheduled open climb sessions.
What is the price?
Youth (Under 18): $8 session
Adults (18+): $12 session
Additional info: All Passes include harness & shoe rental. Longer term individual and family memberships are also available for purchase. Ask one of our staff at the rock wall desk for more info.
Maverick All-Sports Dome - Open Dome Pass*
*(The Dome will reopen Fall of 2023)

All community members are eligible to purchase an open dome day pass. Youth under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Where do I purchase an open dome pass?
Open Dome passes can be purchased in person at the Maverick All-Sports Dome front desk during scheduled open dome times. You can view our most recently posted open dome opportunities here.
What is the price?
$5 per open dome session.
