April 22: Elementary School Science and Engineering Fair at Minnesota State Mankato

Mankato, Minn. – More than 300 students in grades 3 through 6 from counties across the state of Minnesota have registered approximately 260 projects in the 72nd annual Elementary School Science and Engineering Fair, which will be held Saturday, April 22 in Myers Field House on the Minnesota State University, Mankato campus.
The exhibit hall is free and open to the public from 12-2 p.m. on April 22, and all are welcome to stop in and support the hard work of these future scientists. An award ceremony that begins at 2:30 p.m. in the Taylor Center’s Bresnan Arena is also open to the public.
The Southern Minnesota Regional Science and Engineering Fair/Elementary Division is hosted by Minnesota State Mankato’s College of Science, Engineering & Technology. Students will display projects and provide oral presentations while competing to earn awards from event sponsors.
