April 6: Tai Verdes Concert

Mankato, Minn. – American singer-songwriter Tai Verdes, known for his popular singles “Stuck in the Middle” and “A-O-K,” will perform Wednesday, April 6 at 7:30 p.m. in Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Bresnan Arena (located in the University’s Taylor Center). Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

According to preview information provided by Minnesota State Mankato’s Student Events Team, Tai Verdes is “an up-and-coming artist who got his big break on TikTok. His breakout single ‘Stuck in the Middle’ hit No. 1 on Spotify’s U.S. viral chart, and his single ‘A-O-K’ has over 178 million listens and 100,000 pre-streams.”

The concert, presented by Minnesota State Mankato’s Student Events Team, is open to the public and is for all ages. Tickets (all general admission, standing-room only with elevated seating) go on sale Wednesday, March 2 at 10 a.m.

Concert tickets may be purchased online at www.mnsuevents.com or in-person at Minnesota State Mankato’s Student Activities front desk, located in the Centennial Student Union, Room 173. In-person ticket purchases may be made with cash, credit card or a check made out to Minnesota State Mankato.

Public tickets are $25. Minnesota State Mankato student tickets are $5, and student guest tickets are $20 (limit one per student). VIP tickets (open to the public and Minnesota State Mankato students) are $50 and include early admission to the event, group picture with the artist, pre-party event access and a signed poster.

All patrons will be required to wear a mask. The facility requires closed-toed shoes. There will be no outside food or drink, large bags, backpacks, selfie sticks and pepper spray permitted at the concert. No flash photography is allowed. Minnesota State Mankato bans weapons on campus and is an alcohol, drug and tobacco-free campus. Use of substances will result in removal from the concert.

Parking for the event will be available in Lots 20 and 21, located adjacent to Blakeslee Stadium on campus.
