Mankato, Minn. – Upward Bound at Minnesota State University, Mankato is sponsoring a Red Cross Blood Drive on Tuesday, June 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Minnesota State Mankato’s Centennial Student Union Ballroom.

Completion of a RapidPass® online health history questionnaire is encouraged to help speed up the donation process. To get started follow the instructions at RedCrossBlood.org/RapidPass or use the Blood Donor App.

According to the American Red Cross, blood is a perishable product that can only come from generous volunteers. By donating blood, individuals can make a difference in the lives of patients in their community and throughout the nation. Donors of all blood types are urgently needed.

A code for parking in the University Visitors Lot is available by sending an advance request to george.corey@mnsu.edu, as codes must be entered upon arrival to the visitors’ paylot. Donors will receive a $15 e-gift card to a merchant of your choice.
