MANKATO – Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Department of Theatre & Dance continues the 2024-2025 theatre season with “Heroes of the Fourth Turning” in the Andreas Theatre at the Early Center for the Performing Arts.

Set in a small town in Wyoming, this play brings together four young conservatives at a gathering celebrating the appointment of their former professor as the new president of a Catholic college. The narrative unfolds through a series of intense, philosophical conversations that touch on politics, faith, identity, and the state of America.

“Heroes of the Fourth Turning” runs March 26-29, at 7:30 p.m. in the Andreas Theatre at the Earley Center for Performing Arts. Tickets are $10 regular, $9 for seniors ages 65 and older and children under 16 and $5 for Minnesota State Mankato students.

This production is intended for mature audiences as it includes profanity and unsavory content.

The box office is open 4-6 p.m. weekdays in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center. Tickets are available online at MSUTheatre.com or over the phone at 507-389-6661.

Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella” is up next, April 10-12 & 17-20 in the Ted Paul Theatre.
