Oct. 20: Paranormal Researcher to Discuss 'Minnesota's Haunted Tales' at Minnesota State Mankato

Mankato, Minn. – Paranormal researcher Chad Lewis will discuss “Minnesota’s Haunted Tales” at Minnesota State University, Mankato at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20 in the University’s Ostrander Auditorium, located in Centennial Student Union.

The event is sponsored by Minnesota State Mankato’s Student Events Team and is free and open to the public.

In his presentation, Lewis will share stories of haunted areas throughout Minnesota and Southern Minnesota, offering specific examples of phenomena he claims can be witnessed, including possessed statues, phantom hitchhikers, ghost trains and more.

According to his online biography, Lewis has traveled to Transylvania, Puerto Rico and Ireland and other locations in search of mythical creatures, including vampires, chupacabras and the Loch Ness monster. He has appeared on the Discovery Channel’s “A Haunting” and ABC’s “World’s Scariest Places” and is the author of the “Minnesota Road Guide to Haunted Locations” book series.
