According to a College of Business event preview, Lantinen (a 1998 Minnesota State Mankato graduate) is “leading the way and introducing new and indulgent products to Maud Borup, a woman and veteran-owned business with dedication to sustainability. The first 100 attendees will receive a Maud Borup prize.”
This year’s event will include a presentation of how students in a Minnesota State Mankato business class applied their entrepreneurial experience to candy-making by creating product concepts and packaging design for potential candy products for Maud Borup.
