Eric Sannerud
Eric R. Sannerud cares a lot about farmers and hops. Eric founded Mighty Axe Hops, a fully integrated hop farm and marketing company which grew and sold 80 acres of hops in Minnesota. Today Eric works with farmers, brewers, and merchants across the country to improve their hop decision making and writes the Hop Notes newsletter. Eric serves on Minnesota’s Rural Finance Authority, the Minnesota Agriculture Water Quality Certification Program’s council, the Environmental Initiative board and is a TED speaker. Eric farms outside of Milaca, Minnesota with his wife and many, many animals.
