Step back. Think about the period of time between 2020-2022: a pandemic, social unrest, national elections, supply chain pressures, global conflict, and workforce challenges. We were not and are not insulated from these dynamics. What local lessons can we identify from this period of time that impact our professional lives, our organizations and economic well-being? What did our peers in the marketplace, nonprofits and public sector learn? What lessons can we share with one another to provide economic and mission-lift in the future?

Participants in these sessions will discuss case studies rooted in real Mankato area businesses and organizations. Those that you know and drive by everyday in our community. Acting as consultants, small teams will generate recommendations to the case study presented, and then hear from the actual leaders and representatives how they dealt with the case in real time. Comparisons will be made between theory and practice in the discussions. Everyone will benefit from the discussions and lessons learned into their own organizations.
