Welcome… I’m your LCC Evan!

I am so excited to meet you in the fall.  I will be a resource for you as you navigate through your first year of college here at Minnesota State University, Mankato!  Being involved with the Dental Hygiene Learning Community will help you academically as well as socially, so utilize me and your peers as much as you can! I am here to help you succeed!

As many of you should know already, but if you don’t that is totally okay! Learning Communities is a peer mentoring student organization on campus where upper-level students help freshman students in similar or the same majors with their coursework. We as Learning Community Coordinators also have events each week to get our students more involved in campus life!

Major: Dental Hygiene / Advanced Dental Therapy

How/what made you decide this major? I chose Dental Hygiene because helping people is something I am very passionate about and I was very interested in learning more about oral anatomy

Favorite Food: I love chicken

Advice for LC Students: Go to class and ask questions!

Favorite thing about MSU: There are so many opportunities for students, whether it be clubs, organizations, or extracurriculars.

Campus/LC Involvement: As a member of the Learning Community you will attend weekly events to help you get more involved in campus life!

Favorite thing to do in Mankato: I love to explore different places around Mankato with my friends

Favorite things to do outside of school/coursework: Some of my favorite things to do are golf, play basketball, watch sports, and hang out with friends
