Tutors are required to have:

• a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• A’s or B’s in the courses they will tutor
• excellent communication skills
• patience and a willingness to help others
• the availability to work 8+ hours per week
• completed at least two semesters of courses at Minnesota State Mankato (preferred)
