Registration Access Codes
Access Codes are numbers used by some departments to ensure that students receive advising before registering.
Currently, access codes are only used in Fall and Spring terms, not Summer. They apply to students with particular majors--not all departments utilize access codes.
Departments/majors that require registration access codes
If your major requires an access code, you need to make an appointment with your advisor prior to registration. Your advisor will help you in planning your schedule and then give you the registration access code you will need to enter in order to register for classes.
All students who are registered with Accessibility Resources (formerly Office of Disability Services) need an access code to register for classes.
How to use your access code
Enter your access code at the beginning of the registration process:
- Select the "Courses and Registration" option on the left side of the screen
- Select "Registration Access Code" (underneath "Courses and Registration")
- Enter the access code given to you by your advisor.
- Click "submit".
Your access code only needs to be entered once per term.
