Certified Electronic Diplomas & Certificates
In addition to the standard diploma mailed to all graduates after degrees post, Minnesota State University, Mankato is proud to offer the certified electronic diploma (CeDiploma). Students who complete an official certificate program also have the option of downloading a certified electronic certificate (CeCertificate).

- Each CeDiploma and/or CeCertificate can be independently validated through the Minnesota State University, Mankato website by future employers, state government licensing agencies and any other entity that wishes to validate your achievement.
- The document is digitally signed and encrypted, providing greater trust and acceptance.
- For security reasons, the electronic credential cannot be printed.
Pre October 2023 Graduates
- Students whose diploma or certificates were posted before October 01, 2023 can order a legacy digital diploma using the duplicate diploma re-order form.
- The cost to re-order a legacy digital diploma is $45.
