Jamie Hornibrook grew up in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He came to Mankato and graduated from Mankato State University in 1985 with a degree in athletic training. Following this Jamie went to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and received his Masters’ in Exercise Physiology. In 1987 Jamie moved back to Minnesota and accepted a position with Fairview’s Institute for Athletic Medicine as an Athletic Trainer and Exercise Physiologist.

Jamie has continued to work with the Fairview System (now MHealth Fairview) for over 30 years in various roles. During this time, Jamie went to the University of Minnesota and received a Masters’ in Healthcare Administration. He currently works as the director of the emergency department and the observation department at MHealth Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville.

Jamie has two grown daughters who have graduated from universities and work in their fields of study. Jamie lives in Bloomington and has just started having honey bees as a new hobby along with his interest in all sports on TV as well as attending games.
