Application Documents

You’ll need to send us official transcripts from every college or university you’ve attended. Most schools have an easy online request form. If you've taken courses at any Minnesota State school, you do not need to send those; we have access to that information.

If you have fewer than 24 credits, you’ll also need to submit your high school transcript. It doesn’t have to be official, but it must show your grades from years 9-12 and your graduation date. If you graduated more than three years ago, a diploma or proof of graduation works, too.

Military service members and veterans: Don’t forget to send in your military transcripts for potential credit

How to Submit Your Transcripts:

You can have transcripts

  • Mailed to:
    Office of Admissions
    Minnesota State University, Mankato
    122 Taylor Center
    Mankato, MN 56001

Once we have everything, we’ll process your application and get back to you in 5-7 business days. Your credit evaluation will be available in your e-Services account approximately 10 business days after you are admitted to MSU.
