Welcome to Minnesota State University, Mankato! The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) would like to invite you to attend our New Faculty Orientation on Friday, August 11th. Join us to learn about university tools to help you be successful in the classroom, a variety of teaching strategies, and the University’s team of instructional designers will guide you through course design principles to help you meet student learning needs here at Minnesota State University Mankato.
Orientation will be held in Centennial Student Union (CSU) 245.
10:00 am – 11:00 am Creating my first Professional Development Plan (PDP)
11:00 am – 12:00 pm Meet with Department or Unit Chairs
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Library Luncheon
1:15 pm – 2:00 pm Teaching with Desire to Learn Brightspace
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Drop-in with CETL: Ask about courses, assessment, or course activities.
