Supporting Multilingual Students in Content Area Courses Using High Impact Classrooms Practices
Facilitated by Dr. Nancy Drescher, Dr. Marilyn Swan, and Dr. Jacy Fry
The workshop will help faculty support ML students in content area courses across campus. The workshop will include high impact practice (particularly collaborative assignments and projects) that support ALL learners in courses but are particularly identified to support the needs of those students who are reading and writing in a second (or later) language.
