Racial Equity Advocates

Racial Equity Advocates participate in professional development, self-reflection, and on-going discussion to advance racial equity in their own practice as a member of the MSU, Mankato community.

Racial Equity Advocates have completed:

• The Courageous Conversations about Race Protocol
• Attend monthly meetings with other Racial Equity Advocates
• Apply racial equity lens to all aspects of their work in order to advance racial equity
• Consult monthly with their College Dean, Department Chair, and colleagues to support colleagues in advancing Equity 2030
