I am from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I enjoy playing volleyball.

WHY I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT MINNESOTA STATE MANKATO:

The one thing, other than graduating with a degree from Minnesota State Mankato,  I am passionate about is making connections with people here. The University is very diverse and has many useful resources that I will be able to use... even after I graduate. 

IMPACT OF DONORS:

As someone who strives to be awarded with a scholarship, I believe the money the donors and past alumni donate will be able to change many peoples lives, including mine. 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

 I belong to the Ethiopian and Eritrean Student Association.
