MavDISK

MavDISK is a secure file storage option for Minnesota State Mankato employees. Faculty and staff can store up to 64 GB of personal files. Departments who do not already have a group folder and need space for collaboration can request a department folder with the service desk.

To access MavDISK off campus, you must either log in to WorkMSU or connect to the VPN (view VPN Windows instructions or Mac instructions).

 

Microsoft OneDrive

Minnesota State Mankato students, faculty, and staff also have free access to Microsoft OneDrive. OneDrive is part of the Office 365 suite and is a cloud-based file storage service. Use OneDrive to save more files (up to 5 TB), easily share files, collaborate in real time on documents over the web, and more.
