The Shuffle Function 24 Hour Pledge Drive A-Go-Go Is Coming!
Morning Show hosts will be live for 24 hour straight during the Spring Pledge Drive
The Spring Pledge Drive kicks off on Wednesday, April 2nd and runs through Friday, April 11th. KMSU will be asking you for your assistance to help keep this wonderful little radio station on the air, with special DJ tag teams, unique programming, and lots of great swag to try and convince you. The drive will also end with the Shuffle Function 24 Hour Pledge Drive A-Go-Go, the annual sleepless radio marathon hosted by Shyboy Tim Lind and Shelley Pierce, the hosts of the Shuffle Function Morning Show.
What is the Shuffle Function 24 Hour Pledge Pledge Drive A-Go-Go, you ask? It's a 24-hour two fisted, sleep deprived, punch drunk, free form radio extravaganza hosted by KMSU morning show hosts Shyboy Tim and Shelley. For over two decades they've been going without sleep and surviving only on the basic human needs of caffeine, rock and roll, and your generosity, with the hope that this grandly irresponsible radio gesture will convince folks to donate to the pledge drive.
Shyboy Tim and Shelley play lots of records, bring in guests and musicians, and basically do whatever it takes to make the pledge drive a success. Hour by hour details will be announced on the Morning Show on Monday, March 17th (St Patrick's Day), so be sure to tune in!
