KMSU Radio presents House on Haunted Hill
Radio adaptation of the 1959 horror classic to air on Halloween night
KMSU Radio is thrilled to present the third production by the Fountaineers KMSU Radio Drama Troupe. Their adaptation of William Castle's 1959 horror classic House on Haunted Hill will air on Tuesday, October 31 (Halloween!) at six p.m. This presentation is made possible with funding from the Minnesota State Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
The Fountaineers troupe was founded by Shelley Pierce in 2021. Their first production was an adaptation of George Romero's zombie classic Night of the Living Dead. The following year brought their interpretation of Ed Wood Jr's camp classic Plan 9 From Outer Space. You can find both presentations posted below.
Their 2023 presentation is based on William Castle's 1959 horror classic House on Haunted Hill. The film is filled with scares and dark humor, as well as memorable performances by Vincent Price and Elisha Cook. You'll want to make sure to tune in on Halloween to hear the Fountaineers put their unique spin on this spooky horror classic.
