Live From the Saint Peter Arts Center (Thursday, 1-2 p.m.)

Michael Callahan is an entertainer, producer, and artist.

As an entertainer, Michael has won some fancy-pants awards as a magician, has worked for lots of fancy-pants companies, and has been paid to tell not-so-fancy-pants jokes in comedy clubs across the country. Michael is a twenty plus year veteran of the entertainment industry.

As a producer, Michael produced, wrote, directed, and starred in a ten year run of a fake Victorian Seance, and the recreation of the 1920 original sawing through a woman, in collaboration with the Minnesota Historical Society (antique fancy-pants). Michael also created the five star rated, twice comedy album recorded, 2nd Story Comedy Show.

As an artist, Michael paints in watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media. Michael created the mixed media cover art for Stand Up! Records recording artist Tim Harmston’s comedy album, “The Whim of Tim.” Michael paints (in pants) on location, and in his studio housed inside The Arts Center of Saint Peter.
