Overview
Minnesota State Mankato's innovative Aging Studies program prepares students to have a meaningful impact on society by supporting individuals as they age. Our program encompasses the biological, social and psychological aspects of aging, providing students with a broad and versatile background with which to serve older adults.

Application Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- A personal statement outlining your interest in graduate training in aging studies and at Minnesota State Mankato
- Writing sample, preferably on a topic related to aging studies and/or gerontology, that demonstrates strong logical reasoning and written communication skills
- Three letters of recommendation from individuals who can assess your potential to succeed in graduate school

Additional Requirements for International Applicants
- TOEFL iBT scores sent directly to University Admissions using code 6677. A minimum score of 61 is required.
- Credential Evaluation prepared by a National Association of Credentials Evaluation Service member
