PSEO Mission Statement: In partnership with secondary schools and districts, Minnesota State Mankato’s PSEO Office provides equitable access to rigorous, high-quality college-level coursework, to prepare students for college and career success.

College Credit Options

There are a few options for you to earn college credits. Below is a comparison of the most common ways students earn credits while in high school. You can click the links to learn more about the specific types of credits.

Traditional PSEO

Traditional PSEO allows you to register for courses at the university and taught by university faculty members, either online or on campus.

Concurrent Enrollment

Concurrent enrollment courses are offered at your high school and taught by approved high school instructors. Find out more here!

Concurrent enrollment allows students to earn free university credits while being taught by teachers they are familiar with and in a comfortable environment.
