Welcome to the current instructors page! Here you will find resources for current instructors including how to help your students apply, register, check your official university rosters, enter grades, and access the Microsoft Teams page. 

Student Application Process

Concurrent enrollment students must apply to campus prior to being eligible to enroll in concurrent courses. Once a complete application has been received, normal processing takes 10-15 business days. Students must be admitted prior to the start of the course, meaning they should plan on applying at least two weeks prior to the start of the class. Student Registration Process

Once a student's application has been processed they should be able to register for their course(s). Students register for courses the same way tuition paying students do. You can find more information on our Admission Requirements Page or the Microsoft Teams Page.

Concurrent Enrollment Registration Process

Roster Verification

Your students are responsible for regsitering for their course(s). As a check and balance, we ask instructors to verify your rosters to ensure all the students have registered by the registration deadline. Only instructors of record are able to view the official university roster.

High school counselors do not have access to the official university roster. Instructions to verify your roster can be found on the Microsoft Teams site.
