NOTICE OF STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM

If you are interested in Traditional PSEO, you'll be required to submit he Notice of Student Registration Form, also called the MDE form, each semester of enrollment.

FERPA DATA RELEASE FORM (PSEO STUDENTS ONLY)

Students rights and protections are covered for all students enrolled at Minnesota State Mankato, even PSEO and concurrnet enrollment. Fill this form out to allow PSEO Office staff to release information to a designated person. Information including, grades, registration, and unpaid balances are covered through this form.

REQUESTING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Official transcripts can be requested through the Academic Records and Registration Office. Students must request official transcripts for their PSEO courses to be transferred to some institutions.
