Due to COVID 19 restrictions, would the university consider accepting electronic response submissions?

IYes, electronic submissions will be accepted, send them to Donna Hensel at donna.hensel@mnsu.edu

Due to COVID19 and mandatory “Stay at Home” orders issued by State Governments, will electronic signatures and typed initials be acceptable?

During these unprecedented times, we will accept them without being notarized, but include the documents with the response. If you are the selected vendor, we will need them before writing a contract.

Do you wish to have the system hosted on a website or hosted on the cloud in a desktop application?

Hosted on a website.

If it is hosted on a website, do you require hosting capabilities?

We would prefer that the vendor host the website.

The ability to track students from program application to program completion, including coursework completed, test scores, background check results, liability insurance status, field experience and other clinical placements, as well as feedback from multiple internal and external evaluators. Do you have mock reports or screens for tracking students?

We do not have mock reports. We currently have an online form set up for entering data tied to our assessment software database.
