I-O Psych Wins Best Innovation in Simulations at DevLearn 2019
This fall, Industrial-Organizational Psychology faculty accompanied students to the DevLearn conference in Las Vegas Oct. 23-25, 2019. Students Sarah Mason, Jack Wychor, Hannah Tilstra, Juan Marin and Trevor Frey entered the annual DevLearn competition, which showcases innovations in training. Wychor and Dr. Andi Lassiter took home the prize for "Best Innovation in Simulations!" They were competing against many professionals in the field who have a lot of resources at their disposal – this team delivered a great project on a shoestring budget.
The Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Minnesota State University, Mankato has been listed in the top 10 most affordable, top-ranked I-O programs in the United States by OrganizationalPsychologyDegrees.com.
