Originally from New Ulm, MN, Lilli Lewandowski recently graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with Summa Cum Laude distinction. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communications: Public Relations, with a minor in Management. Throughout her time at SMSU, Lilli actively engaged in various aspects of campus life, participating in athletics by being on the SMSU cheer team, various clubs, on-campus employment, and achieving the role of Student Activities Coordinator.

 

Lilli received recognition for her work in Student Activities including the President of the Year Award, Club and Organization Award, and Program of the Year award for two consecutive years. She is now eager to apply her skills and experiences to support the success of MSU’s Special Events Team.

 

In addition to her active involvement on campus, Lilli gained valuable experience through internships. She interned at Farmers Insurance Agency, focusing on marketing and communications with an emphasis on community engagement and social media growth. Subsequently, she interned at Windings, where she concentrated on sales, social media strategies, and professional development. Most recently, she interned at Christensen Farms, where her primary focus was events coordination.

 

In her leisure time, Lilli enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, paddle boarding, shopping, having bonfires, and exploring new places. 

 

Seeking graduate assistantship opportunities, Lilli was drawn to MSU because of its vibrant campus and the complexity of the events managed by the team. She looks forward to the challenges and personal growth that lie ahead as she pursues her Master’s in Business Administration while serving as the Student Advisor.
