Getting Connected When Self Isolation is Expected
School has moved on-line and you are stuck inside or still at your parent’s house. Even if you are feeling physically well, you should isolate at home and stay socially distanced in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has created a lot of loneliness and disconnection from others. Isolation can impact your physical and mental health and can be hard to cope with. In this session, we will talk about the mental health impacts and share some tips and tricks for managing loneliness and finding/maintaining connection with others.
