Trauma-Informed Yoga is a time for you to experience a safe and supportive yoga class designed to nurture both the body and mind. Trauma-Informed Yoga emphasizes mindfulness, choice, and self-compassion, providing a space where you can reconnect with yourself at your own pace. This class focuses on gentle, grounding movements and breathwork, avoiding triggers and promoting a sense of safety and empowerment. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, honoring their comfort levels throughout the practice. Whether you're healing from past experiences or simply seeking a restorative practice, this class is open to all and offers a pathway to resilience, calm, and inner strength.

What to bring: A yoga mat (if you have one, or we can provide one), comfortable clothing, and an open mind.

Who is this for: Anyone looking for a gentle and inclusive yoga practice, no prior yoga experience needed. No registration required to join classes, just show up.
