Update Your Accommodation Plan
Students with disabilities with existing MSU accommodation plans may request edits to them at any point in their academic journey. Common reasons include changes in the severity of a condition, the development of a new condition, or a different approach to existing accommodations. To update your plan, there are two options to get started:
- Contact your Access Coordinator, the staff member you met with for your intake interview. You can find your Access Coordinator by logging into MavAccess, where your Access Coordinator's name should appear right on your dashboard.
- Contact the Accessibility Resources main office by calling 507-389-2825, emailing ar@mnsu.edu, or stopping by Accessibility Resources in Memorial Library 132 and scheduling a meeting.
Please note: You may be asked to provide documentation of your disability to help determine eligibility for additional accommodations. If you already have documentation, you can upload it to MavAccess, email it to us at ar@mnsu.edu, have your provider fax it to us at 507-389-1199, or bring it with you to your scheduled meeting. We also have templates available on our website that you can give to your provider if you prefer. If you don’t have documentation, and if it is needed, we will help you during your meeting.
