Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Recruiting
The Career Development Center supports the University's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as a crucial component of our mission and values. In the interest of assisting employers with the important work of creating a diverse workforce, it is our pleasure to provide the following recommendations and resources.
Registered Student Organizations
Minnesota State University has over 250+ registered student organizations (RSO). Find the list of RSOs. You can filter by searching keywords or search by category. You do not need a password to access the public list, but you are not able to access the public member roster unless you are signed in.
Each organization has a description of the RSO, contact information and names of public organization officers, and sometimes advisor contact information. You can also find a contact form if you are interested in attending an organizational meeting.
National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE)
Access articles, blogs, and forums about best practices, trends, resources, and tools on how to recruit and retain diverse employees. You may need a NACE membership to access some of the website.
