Trevor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of the facility, staff, and events, looking for new and exciting ways to keep Maverick students engaged and having fun.

GETTING TO KNOW TREVOR

My first year goals are looking for ways to improve the Bullpen space, to keep up to date with what students want in terms of their leisure and entertainment needs. I also want to expand our social media presence, so be sure to follow @MaverickBullpen on Instagram!

The most rewarding aspect of my work with students is knowing what I do makes a difference in their lives, even if that difference is helping facilitate the space that allows them to destress a little bit during a tough semester.

I like to spend my free time being outdoors as much as possible. Hiking, climbing, camping, fishing, or just being on the water is the best thing to me. When not doing that, I enjoy relaxing at home, playing some music or watching some TV with my cats.

4. What is something people would be surprised to know about you? Prior to being in education I was actually an accountant. I quickly realized it was not the field for me and went back to school as a non-traditional student when I was 24 to enter the world of education.

5. What super power would you like to have? Why? Wolverine’s healing abilities. Being borderline indestructible doesn’t really need an explanation.
