Accessing University Templates

Current students, faculty and staff can access University Branded Templates and the Brand Style Guide through the Mav Central portal. 

Instructions for accessing branded materials through Mav Central:

1. Log into Mav Central with StarID
2. Under Groups, go to the Maverick Involvement Team
3. On the left side navigation, click on Group Page
4. On the top Menu Bar, click on Documents
5. Open the Marketing and Branding Resources for Student Organizations folder
6. Select the folder for the template you are needing.
   • Use the proper template for the document/digital screen you are creating; do not adjust the size (i.e., adjusting a letter template to fit a tabloid document)
   • Use the Brand Style Guide within the folder to understand how to correctly use the branded materials.
   • Go to brand@mnsu.edu for questions or requests for other templates/materials
