Nourishing Our Mental Health - Plant Your Peace

The "Nourishing Our Mental Health" series provides a safe and welcoming space for students to connect, explore the intersectionality of their identities, and build skills for mental wellness.  Through creative expression, participants will engage in activities that help them discover self-care strategies, which they can incorporate into their daily lives while honoring their unique individuality.

Each event features its own theme and activity focused on self-care and mental health:

  • January 21st: Tea and Tranquility
  • Feburary 11th: Hearts and Hues
  • March 25th: Plant Your Peace
  • April 22nd: DIY Wellness Kit
