The Ins and Outs of Inclusive Leadership

The small ways that we interact with people have big results. We’ll focus on the ‘ins:’ the ways we hold bias and beliefs about the people around us. And we’ll focus on the ‘outs:’ to explore how our actions might be helping or hurting our team. This will be an interactive session with active self-reflection and opportunities for small group discussion.
