Area Access Authorization Form

Allowing access of our facilities and equipment is a valuable part of our student's educational experience. We must do this in a way that is safe for our students, and protects the assets of your department and the University.

Please be mindful of these issues when allowing unsupervised access, and review your Area Security Reports for any unexpected or unauthorized use of our facilities.

 

To allow after-hours access, fill out the form below. University Security will provide access until the indicated expiration date.

If you need a student's access terminated before the submitted expiration date because of class withdrawl or other reason, you must let us know by emailing areaaccess@mnsu.edu.
