Vehicle Jump-Starts and Vehicle Unlocks

University Security offers a free vehicle unlock service for vehicles on Minnesota State University, Mankato property. The following apply when requesting this service:
- Personal identification must be provided.
- A waiver releasing the University from liability must be completed.
- If Security personnel are not available, Security may elect to, but are not required to provide this service.
If Security personnel are unable to assist you, or if their attempt fails, Security can place a call to a local tow service or local lock service at your expense.
Jumpstarts
University Security offers a free jump-starting service for vehicles on Minnesota State University, Mankato property. The following apply when requesting this service:
