Why do rates increase each year?
- Ongoing Facility Upgrades:
We invest millions into maintaining and improving our facilities. Our goal is to be proactive rather than reactive, ensuring a high-quality living experience for students. - $2M+ in building improvements every summer
- Big upgrades planned: AC in all halls by FY26, upgraded windows, bathrooms, and HVAC systems.
- New safety features: Adding bedrails and improving other safety aspects.
- New amenities each year: Fresh mattresses, carpet, lounge furniture, and desk chairs are being replaced regularly.
- Focus on Student Experience:
We’re committed to offering more than just a place to live. We invest in fun events and activities to enhance the campus community and provide students with the best possible college experience. - Growing Demand & Campus Recognition:
Due to increased demand for housing, the state has noticed our efforts. We’ve been approved for major renovations, even the possibility of a new residence hall in the future, helping us keep up with student needs. This means we’re planning long-term improvements to ensure sustainability. - Maintaining Our Current Level of Excellence:
