Services Unavailable During Workday Transition
Thursday, June 28 - Friday, July 5, 2024
As the university transitions to Workday, many university services will be temporarily unavailable June 28-July 5.
Impacts to Residential Life include:
- Students will be unable to add their name to the housing wait list.
- Students will be unable to select a meal plan within the housing application.
- Students will be unable to request a reduced housing prepayment.
- Students will be unable to apply for summer housing.
- Students will be unable to pay their housing prepayment.
- Our office will be unable to process refunds for housing cancellations.
Service is scheduled to be restored on Monday, July 8. This transition impacts the entire Minnesota State system.
We will continue to accept housing cancellations during this time period, however refunds will be delayed.
