Summer Rates

Summer School Housing in Crawford D Hall

• A $100 prepayment is due at the time of application (prepayment will be applied to first week of housing).
• Rates are billed weekly to student accounts. Billing cycle is Saturday-Friday.

Interim 1 (May 4-10) To be eligible you must have lived on campus for the Spring 24 semester and be enrolled in a summer course.	Renovated Single: $208/week Renovated Double: $157/week
Summer Session (May 11-July 19) You must be enrolled in a summer course to be eligible.	Renovated Single: $208/week Renovated Double: $157/week
Interim 2 (July 20-August 21) To be eligible you must have a fall housing contract in place and were enrolled in a summer course.	Renovated Single: $208/week Renovated Double: $157/week

Stadium Heights Summer Housing

• To be eligible for these rates, you must have had a room assignment at Stadium Heights on March 1, 2024.

Register by April 5	$50 will be billed to your student account for Summer Housing.
Register by April 19	$100 will be billed to your student account for Summer Housing.
Applications received after April 19	Housing is not guaranteed for registration received after 4/19. If approved, a $200 late fee will be charged to your student account for Summer Housing.
