​Policies and Fees

​Minnesota State University, Mankato has set policies and procedures that groups need to follow for events. Also some events have special fees as well.

Recognized Student Organizations, University Departments, and the General Public are responsible for knowing and adhering to federal, state, university, and student union policies, procedures, and practices; and for conducting themselves in a respectful manner when interacting with university personnel and guests. University Scheduling and Conference Services reserves the right to interpret all policies, procedures, and practices; and to determine responsibility regarding damages and fees incurred.

CSU Technical Policies

The Centennial Student Union Technical Services Department provides technical event support to clients who require advanced technological needs for weddings, meetings, conferences, live entertainment and performances.

Signage, Displays and Decorations

The following is a list of commonly applied decoration and marketing policies, procedures, and practices; designed to provide Recognized Student Organizations, University Departments, and the General Public an opportunity to advertise their meetings and events.
